NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Collaborating with Country music icon Vince Gill, sleek singer-songwriter Brennin announces the exclusive world premiere of his new music video, "Rip Off the Rearview," at midnight on Tuesday, April 11 (tonight). The Oklahoma-native is among the next group of artists to join the CMT Artist Discovery campaign launched on CMT Music and CMT.com (see air times below).  In anticipation of the release, which was filmed in Austin, TX and directed by the talented Britt West,  the singer-songwriter will perform tonight, Monday, April 10 at Winner's Bar in Nashville for Whiskey Jam.

 

The single, which was released on Friday, March 3 after its debut on Rolling Stone Country, serves to raise awareness for victims of domestic violence. Partnering with YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee, 50% of sales from the track goes towards victims of domestic abuse, as one in four women will experience abuse in their lifetime.

 

Known for his guest role as Sullivan Fitzgerald on the former ABC-turned-CMT hit series, "Nashville," Brennin has toured and opened for artists, such as Tracy Lawrence, Lee Ann Womack, and Charlie Daniels Band, across the US and Canada and appeared on numerous television shows, including the Ellen Degeneres Show and The X-Factor, where Simon Cowell praised the talented singer as having a "brilliant voice, with a great charisma that could be turned into a great artist." Nashville, TN - Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo officials announced that Garth Brooks will open and close 2018 RodeoHouston, Feb. 27 and March 18.
 

“We are thrilled to welcome Garth Brooks back to the RodeoHouston stage,” said Jack A. Lyons, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo chairman of the board. “This is the first time in multi-entertainer Show history that one artist has opened and closed RodeoHouston, and we could not think of a more engaging performer to take on this epic presentation."

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ officials have announced that Cody Johnson will be the new entertainer for the March 8 performance of RodeoHouston® in NRG Stadium after Old Dominion had to cancel due to a death in one of the member's immediate family.

 

“Cody Johnson will be a great addition to our 2017 RodeoHouston lineup,” said Joel Cowley, the Show’s president and CEO. “We welcome this talented Texas singer to our stage as we honor the men and women of our military on Armed Forces Appreciation Day.”

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - On Sunday, February 19, Nashville recording artist and former professional bull rider Austin Wahlert performed at RFD-TV's The American presented by Polaris Ranger at the legendary AT&T Stadium, following in the footsteps of country music superstars such as Justin Moore, Jewel, and William Michael Morgan.

The Colorado-native and Rocky Mountain CMA Songwriter of the Year performed his single "Thin Blue Line," a song that was written in memory of those lost in the Dallas police shooting, to honor first responders and military at the event. His performance was preceded by a one-hour concert on Friday, February 17 in the FanZone for The American Semi-Finals at the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.

Surprise Guest Artist Aaron Watson Makes Live Announcement on Facebook

 

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - In anticipation of one of the world's largest live entertainment and livestock exhibitions, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ took to Facebook Live at midnight on Monday, January 9 to announce their 2017 entertainer lineup. Surprise guest and opening night entertainer Aaron Watson made the official announcement in front of a select group of media and 60 lucky fans.

 

The lineup features some of the biggest names in today's music including The Chainsmokers, Willie Nelson, Sam Hunt, Fifth Harmony, Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton, and more. DUSTIN LYNCH JOINS STAR-STUDDED MUSICAL LINEUP DURING PBR FINALS WEEK

NASHVILLE, Tenn.– PBR (Professional Bull Riders) has announced an additional music act to an already star-studded musical lineup that will perform for fans during PBR Finals Week in Las Vegas (Oct. 29 – Nov. 6). Joining the list of star power is popular country music artist, Dustin Lynch.
Lynch, who grew up watching PBR with his dad, will join other confirmed artists, Colt Ford, Lita Ford, Jerrod Niemann, Warrant, Kyle Park, George Thorogood & the Destroyers, Rick Springfield and the headliner, Steven Tyler, who recently recorded PBR's new anthem, "Hold On (Won't Let Go)."
Cumulatively, the artists performing during PBR Finals Week have sold more than 200 million records.

 

With three consecutive No. 1s, two Top 5 albums, platinum-level sales and back-to back summers on one of the biggest tours in country music, Lynch has been on a steady path toward superstardom. But now with the release of “Seein’ Red,” the Broken Bow recording artist is shifting into high gear.
The first single from Lynch’s soon-to-be-announced third album, “Seein’ Red” is a fist-pumping blast of intensity full of flirtatious heat and tangled-up passion, and the next step in the Tennessee native’s evolution. Leading up the PBR World Finals, several artists will be performing inside South Point Arena & Equestrian Center, home of the BlueDEF Finals. Casey Donahew Band is performing Sunday, Oct. 30 at 9:30 p.m. and Neal McCoy will hit the stage Monday, Oct. 31 at 9:30 p.m. after the action on the dirt concludes. While in the Fan Zone artists that will be performing include: Natalie Stovall & The Drive, Justin Adams, Andy Velo, Sierra Black, The Morrison Brothers, Leah Turner, Baylor Wilson, Luke Kaufman, Brennin and Ashley McBryde.

 

PBR Finals Week offers fans an expanded, enhanced, eight-day competition, from Saturday, Oct. 29 through Sunday, Nov. 6, including the sport’s top two tour championships and featuring more than 70 of the world’s top bull riders and roughly 700 of the best bulls in the business. More than $3.5 million in prize money will be awarded to the athletes and bulls, including $1 million for the 2016 PBR World Champion.
