Blankenship
President | Founder| Publicist
A graduate of Texas A&M University, with a BS in Agricultural Communications and Journalism and years of experience interning for Rodeo Houston and a booking agency, Heather Blankenship proudly brought her Texas tenacity to Tennessee. Before founding Lone Star PR, she worked at several record labels and PR firms where she managed publicity accounts for legends such as Hank Williams Jr. and Lynyrd Skynyrd, and handled events such as Bonnaroo and Country Throwdown. Blankenship is also a proud member of The Country Music Association (CMA), The Academy of Country Music (ACM), Society of Leaders In Development (SOLID), and Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
Bobby Marchy
Intern
Another California native, Marchy is an undergraduate from Oklahoma State University studying Agricultural Communications. He is from a small dairy farm in the Central Valley of California and is rooted in his background in agriculture. In his free time, he can be found practicing videography and spending time with his friends from OSU.

Jones, a rare Nashville native, graduated from the University of Miami (FL) where he double majored in Political Science and Sports Administration, also completing a year of law school. He’s worked for the Miami Dolphins, NPM Public Relations, and Marbaloo Marketing. Known to speak in gifs, he excels at layering media in new and trending formats.
Makala Navarro

A California native, Navarro graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Communications. She completed an internship with the Oklahoma Pork Council, learning the ins and outs of email marketing and press releases. In her free time she can be found practicing photography and spending time with loved ones.
